Jack Day - a chef turned entrepreneur with 25+ years in hospitality. From Michelin-starred kitchens across the UK to The Ritz London, large corporate events and private cheffing across Europe, he's worked every angle of the industry.

After building a successful recruitment agency, Jack saw the problem firsthand: hiring in hospitality is broken. Outdated, impersonal, inefficient.

Flok isn't a tech experiment. It's built by someone who's lived the long shifts, the staffing headaches and the frustration of systems that don't work.
